Hi, I am Giulia. I moved from London to Sydney last year. In London, I used to teach yoga and dance. I am a professional contemporary dancer, so my style is very flowy and dynamic. 
My classes are focused on how you feel and how you can express your emotions through the movements.
I got my vinyasa 200 hours YTTC last year in London. I love teaching and inspiring my students! I have been running regular classes and workshops for different age groups. 
At the moment I am as well developing a new style, which combines yoga and contemporary dance, this new technique is all about self-expression, self-love.
