I'm a graphic and print designer who fell in love with yoga while searching for new ways to expand on my movement practice and gym training. As I started diving deeper into the practice, I found myself getting transformed by the holistic effects of yoga that transcend the physical aspect and flow into all areas of life. Now I seek to share this experience with others. My offerings focus on leading practioners through that delicate balance between strength and softness diving into the fluidity of Vinyasa flows and aligment cues.
