I am a yoga teacher, capoeirista and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine yet to become in 2021! My passion is blending my knowledge and love of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics of movement, yoga and physical exercises into my classes. I am a very down to earth, energetic and easy going fitness enthusiast with a holistic approach to body health. I enjoying engaging myself in many activities and trying out new practices.
