August 2020 Update

Last week we sent out an email asking you two questions:

“What is one thing that you’ve found really valuable on Bolstr?” and “What is one thing you would change or add?”

We got loads of great responses:

• “It really helped me a lot to find my class back after the lockdown last March to May.”
• “It’s a great way to find jobs in the industry and I’m so grateful for it.”
• ”I've made some promising connections via the platform. It's great!”

However the number one request was to be able to search, and get job alerts, specfically for your location. If you're in Sydney, you don't want job alerts for Newcastle, let alone Byron Bay!

We listened, and from today, you'll only be receiving alerts for jobs near you.

By default you'll receive notifications for any job within 10km from you, but you can change this distance here.

What's more: you can now search jobs and teachers by a specific location. So if you want to see, say, all the yoga teachers near Marrickville with insurance, you can now do just that! Just go to the Jobs or Teachers pages and use the filters!
