Monday 6am Barre 45 mins

Monday 5:30pm Yin 60 mins

Friday 6am Yoga Flow 50 mins

Sunday 10:15am Yoga Flow 50 mins  - Starts Sun 27th Sept

Saturday starting asap

7:30 Barre

8:30 Pilates Mat
