Hi there! I first came to Yoga in my early 20s as a student and like many others, it was initially the physical challenge of the practice that hooked me. While I continue to enjoy the physical benefits of yoga, I recognise now the incredible effect Yoga has had on my mental health and my general resilience day to day, and it is this that I am passionate about sharing with the students I teach. As a teacher I believe my job is to facilitate a physical pathway into strength, softness, power and calm on the mat - so that clients can then apply these qualities off the mat in their everyday lives. I have experience working in yoga studios, gyms, with corporate groups, elder cohorts and kids. I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Power, Hatha and Mellow flows.
