Hi! I'm a yoga and meditation teacher, with a practice spanning just over 10 years. For the last two years, I've taught 15 permanent classes a week, where I attract consistently strong numbers (in classes catering for 15-50 students). I'm passionate about creating inclusive, friendly, and quality classes that ensure students feel (and are) safe and welcome. I walk into every class with a readiness to get know my students, to learn their names and their stories, and to offer sequences and instruction suitable for their needs. I have completed over 300 hours of teacher training with InYoga, encompassing anatomy, assists, and pre and postnatal yoga. I'm also a qualified meditation teacher, and teach group meditation classes once a week, where I work to make meditation and mindfulness practice accessible, and relatable for diverse audiences. Alongside my meditation teaching certification, I have 10 years of practice, including a month's silent meditation at Jack Kornfield's school, Spirit Rock. This allows me to respond to students' questions about meditation from a wealth of experience and to bring a wide array of supportive practices and techniques to the class.
